MEET

Arrange a suitable time to sit with Gayle at our Eltham office and discuss your thoughts and ideas, discuss any photos or drawings you may have collected. From your thoughts, ideas, specific requirements and budget we form a design brief and 'ball park' figure.

SITE VISIT

Gayle and our designer will visit your site to get a feel for the block's orientation, views, fall etc so as to gain ideas for your new home's final layout and presentation and ascertain design fees.

PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT

This is a contract to design your new home. It will provide you with a concept design, fully individualised specifications, working drawings and a fixed price proposal to custom build your new home.

TIMING

This whole process will take between three and seven months and depend on whether a town planning permit is required.

BUILDING CONTRACT

Should you accept our proposal price a building contract will be entered into, a building permit obtained and we would expect to begin work within 21 days.

ENJOY

Within 10-14 months—depending on the size of your home and contractual agreement you will be living in your custom built dream home.
